ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 4TH MARCH 2010
A reminder that the AGM is being held tonight, Thursday 4th March at Angus Porter's house in Marlow. The meeting will start at 8.00 pm. Please contact Phil or Angus if you need directions.
A key agenda item will be a proposed new Constitution for the club. The existing Constitution has been reviewed and updated with the proposed document now appropriate for submission towards Clubmark status, a key development activity for the club. However, the new Constitution will need to be approved at the AGM.
This is an important meeting and we need a minimum of 15 members to attend for the meeting to have a quorum. Please make every effort to attend. |
