2006 TVCL AGM NOTICE |

Message from TVCL Secretary, Kevin Fraser:
Dear All,
Please find attached (see link below, read page 7 for some WNCC praise!) the Notice of 2006 AGM for the TVCL, to be held at Slough CC 19:45 start on Wednesday 6th December. Please ensure that all relevant Officers of your Club are made aware of this.
On the night of the AGM, each Club may send up to two delegates but only one vote per member Club is permitted on any matter. Non-attendance at the AGM will result in a fine being levied against your Club, but after last year's maximum attendance we anticipate a full house again.
As you will see there are many proposals contained herein, including a cluster relating to the expansion of the League. All Proposals, including those submitted by the Clubs have explanation notes included. Please be ready to discuss and vote on all proposals as these are important to the future administration of the TVCL.
